Faces of Bomeh

The initial reason for photographing the young men was to photograph those who had grown up without a father. I wanted to find connection point and that was one of them. I don’t know my father. In my family, he was a taboo subject. My mother never spoke about him, he was killed under strange circumstances. I noticed that people here have similar way withholding unexplainable. If there is unexplainable should be hope. Everyone encountered God somewhere in the answer, someone praying for a wife, someone with purulent sores still working, someone bringing home small money, someone doesn’t remember himself, someone doesn’t know his age, someone hasn’t eaten since yesterday, someone ended up here after losing family, someone was born here,  Someone survived falling down the hill yesterday, Someone was bitten, Someone protected another being bitten, Someone eating a rotten mango, Someone found a pack of cigarettes, Someone looking for treasures, Someone repairing old bags to sell, Someone grateful for today, Someone got burn, Someone gone for tramadol, Someone wanna study, Someone has never went to school, Someone mom sick, Someone has never seen his father, Someone drinking leftover yogurt, Someone with a new injury, Someone wants to get out of here,  Someone has stopped dreaming, Someone is nine, Someone is fourteen, twenty, thirty, Someone no longer knows where he came from, Someone seems happy, Someone seems depressed, Someone seems strong, Someone grateful for his health, Someone happy to smoke a cigarette, Someone got malaria, Someone didn’t show up today — I pray he is alive, Someone burned his leg again, Someone found something valuable, Someone is waiting to smoke kush in the evening, Someone going home to his kids, Someone wants to be a truck driver, Someone exhausted, Someone wanting a one-night stand, Someone wanting to see his family, Someone focused, Someone angry, Someone is joking, Someone dreaming, Someone has stopped dreaming, Someone is always here.
